Mark joined Multilingual Connections after a 20-year career in nonprofit management. Mark received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan and MBA from University of Missouri. He has lived in Southeast Asia and the Middle East, where he taught English and studied language.

In his role as COO, Mark is passionate about helping the team succeed. By making sure everyone has the tools, training and foundation to be successful, he believes that we will all enjoy our work more, and thereby ensure success for our clients.

When not working, Mark enjoys spending time with his family – in particular, trying out new recipes with his son and playing a lot of basketball. A few times a year he can be found covered in mud, running obstacle races.
