Svetlana was born and raised in Latvia, and for more than eleven years she has been living in sunny Greece between Athens and Naxos, a beautiful Cycladic island. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations and Marketing, but her passion for human resources led her to a career switch – and she is now enjoying all aspects of HR, especially creating a positive workplace.

When Svetlana is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, reading books, gardening, volunteering, and playing with her Golden Retriever Scooby. She also created and designed the ‘’Dream Big Planner’’ to inspire and motivate every woman to achieve their goals.
